Resenha em ?? e ??
?? Lily is a young woman in her early twenties who had been through a lot in her life when it comes down to family. She lived in an abuse home, seeing her mother being heted by her father while she couldn?t do anything to help. That?s when she meets Atlas, a homeless boy that she falls in love with.
The story tells us what Lily?s life became after her father?s death and how she got into a relationship that put her into a similar situation as her mother?s.
The story itself is intresting and can caught us since the beginning. It also brings up an important subjetc that remains in our society nowadays, such as abuse relationships, violence agains women, among others.
With that being said, i personally don?t think the the story is well constructed, or even well told, although the ideia of it is good. The characters are boring and the whole book is very previsble. The clichés in here are too forced and i didn?t like how the author ?justifies? ou explains Ryle?s temperament.
I don?t think i would recommend this to everyone, considering the triggers that the book has. Although, it was not a bad reading. This story made me think of a lot of stuff related to relationships in general and made me company through the last few days.
