Primeiramente eu li "Nicola and the Viscount". Eu gostei bastante do livro, mas nada que me chamasse muita atenção. E é por isso que quando eu peguei "Victoria and the Rogue", eu estava animada por ser um livro da Meg, mas eu esperava que ele seguisse os padrões do outro livro citado. Porém, fui totalmente surpreendida! Esse livro é MARAVILHOSO! Mais uma vez, a Meg nos apresenta um personagem fofo demais: Jacob Carstairs.
