Com certeza é o romance que reúne as maiores bizarrices e esquisitices possíveis. Mesmo para o gênero da ficção científica, esse livro superou de longe todas as minhas expectativas de estranheza. Nada que eu tenha lido até hoje foi tão fundo no criativo mundo da imaginação. Apesar de ser um livro incrível, acredito que (se o leitor quiser) ele pode parar a leitura no primeiro da série ("Dune").
