Esse livro foi melhor que o primeiro, mas ainda sim não foi o suficiente para me fazer gostar. O autor fez nesse livro o que devia ter feito desde o começo (e eu cheguei a comentar na minha primeira resenha), que é recapitular alguns detalhes dos personagens e da história para situar o leitor, mas mesmo isso ajudando no decorrer do livro ainda sinto que preciso ler os livros umas duas vezes para tentar entender melhor e me aprofundar na história.
Mas pra mim o Pittacus errou nessa duologia, é muito confusa, arrastada, com pontas soltas e eu não me conectei em nenhum aspecto com nenhum dos personagens e acho que isso deve ser uma das principais preocupações de um autor. Os personagens não tinham muito ou praticamente nenhum carisma, pouquíssima explicação para o porque deles fazerem e agirem de tal forma, e eles não tinham praticamente nenhuma conexão e/ou amizade entre si e isso é muito estranho pra mim. Lógico que tem uma ou outra amizade ali, mas com tantos personagens na história eu achei pouco e raso. E eu nem vou comentar sobre o final… que p*rra foi aquela?
Enfim, que o Pittacus continue lançando livros na mesma pegada da saga Lorien, porque pra mim essa foi uma furada.

This book was better than the first one but wasn’t enough to make me like it. The author did in this book what he should have done since the begging (and I did mention this on my first review), which was to recap some details of the characters and story to situate the reader but even this helping the reading I still feel that I need to read the books a couple of times to try to understand and to fully deep in the story.
But to me Pittacus got this duology really wrong, it’s very confusing, dragged, with loose ends and I didn’t connect in any aspect with any of the characters and I reckon this need to be one of the most concerns to an author. The characters didn’t have or barely had any charisma, very to none background that explained why they act and did some things, and they pretty much didn’t have any connections and/or friendships among them and this is very weird to me. Of course, there’s a friendship here and there but with that many characters I don't think was enough and felt shallow. And I’m not gonna even comment about that end… what the f*ck was that?
Anyway, I hope Pittacus keeps releasing books in the same vibe that as the Lorien Legacies because this one was a fiasco.
